Kirsty joined Blackburne at the beginning of 2026 after relocating to Perth from Scotland. She has worked within the Property Management team as the Inspection Officer. In her role, she schedules and completes routine inspections, assessing each property, and writing clear property reports. She works closely with the Property Management team to support the management of their portfolio’s.

Kirsty has three years of experience in housing management and a strong interest in continuing to progress my career within the industry. She is currently working towards her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys staying active, spending time with friends, travelling to new places, and keeping in touch with family back home.

Vy joins Blackburne as a Property Manager, bringing three years of experience in real estate, having started her career as a Sales Assistant. Vy brings a sharp focus and a strong commitment to excellence in every aspect of her work.

Outside of her professional role, she embraces a balanced lifestyle and enjoys hiking, sunset runs, and winding down with a good show.

Callum has broad real estate expertise and is responsible for the effective management of our commercial property portfolio, along with identification and implementation of improvement initiatives across the business.

Callum’s professional background includes experience in the banking sector and leadership roles in strata management, where he demonstrated excellence in customer service and operational effectiveness.

As a former AFL player, Callum applies the discipline and teamwork he exhibited on the field to his professional endeavours. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Business Management, from the University of Western Australia.

Outside of work, Callum enjoys a long lunch with friends, playing cricket, and spending time with his young family.

Jing completed her Bachelor of Commerce in 2018, majoring in Accounting & Marketing. Jing joins the Blackburne team as an Assistant Accountant early 2024 with over 2.5 years’ experience in wholesale industry.

Her attitude towards work and her work ethics reflects her strong sense of responsibility. In her role as an assistant accountant, Jing consistently demonstrates her reliability and accountability. She understands the importance of meeting deadlines and deliver accurate financial information.

Outside of work, Jing enjoys playing badminton and spending time with her friends and family.

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Giselle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role in business development.

Originally from Sydney, she has made Perth her home and is passionate about helping her clients navigate the dynamic property market.

Giselle’s journey began in property management, where she honed her skills in attention to detail and client relations.

This foundation has proven invaluable as she transitioned to business development, allowing her to leverage her comprehensive understanding of the industry to build strong, lasting relationships.

Valerie has been working in real estate since 2015, gaining over 9 years of experience in managing a diverse range of property portfolios across Botswana and recently Australia.

Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Property Development and Estate Management, she has successfully overseen multiple  property portfolios. Valerie specialises in  ensuring that all properties under her care run smoothly and efficiently. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to ensuring tenant and owner satisfaction.

Outside of her professional life, Valerie enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exploring her creativity through makeup, and immersing herself in captivating novels. These personal interests keep her balanced and energised, driving her passion for continuous personal and professional growth.

Christine has developed a wealth of experience in the property industry since 2014 with majority of this time as a seasoned Property Manager. Having serviced and retained the same clientele for over a period of 7 years, is a testament to her unwavering commitment, integrity and work ethic.

She brings a high level of experience in managing a diverse clientele, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and values positive relationship building with every person she comes across.

Christine holds a double degree in International Business and Journalism from Curtin University.

In her spare time, you can find Christine spending quality time with her husband, two daughters and enjoying time by the beach.

Olivia Law has started in our Property Management Department as our Sales and Property Administrator with over two years of experience in the industry, having previously worked in the UK specialising in residential sales and negotiation. She has a genuine passion for property and enjoys being part of the process of helping clients achieve their goals.

Olivia is organised, reliable, and enjoys working in a busy environment where she can support both her team and clients. Outside of work, she enjoys socialising and making the most of her weekends.

Dana Cirulis has always been passionate about property and people, so her journey into real estate was a natural fit. With over 7 years’ experience in residential sales before joining Blackburne Property Management, she actively delivers professional, attentive service and builds strong relationships with every client.

Dana’s engaging energy ensures your property is always in capable hands.

In her spare time, she enjoys Pilates, evening runs along the river, and catching up with friends.

Tracy joined Blackburne Property Management in 2016 as a Routine Inspections Officer.  She prides herself on a high attention to detail and is able to communicate extremely well both with Property Managers and Tenants.
