Terms & Conditions:

 Eligibility

1. • Offer available to new residential property management clients only.

1. • Applies exclusively to properties located within Blackburne’s service areas across Perth.

• • Clients must reference this email promotion to claim the offer.

Agreement Term

• • To qualify, the property owner must sign a minimum 24-month Management Authority Agreement with Blackburne Property Management.

Fee Structure

• • The agreement must be entered into at Blackburne’s standard schedule of fees and charges.
  • Discounted or negotiated fee agreements are not eligible.

Scope of Promotion

• • On signing of the Management Authority Agreement, $500 VISA gift card will be issued.
  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or incentives unless agreed in writing by Blackburne.

Promotion Period

1. • Valid for Management Authority Agreements signed before the 17^th December 2025 unless extended or withdrawn at Blackburne’s discretion.

Cancellations / Early Termination

1. • If the Management Authority Agreement is terminated by the property owner within the initial 24-month period, Blackburne reserves the right to recover the cost of $500.

Non-Transferable

1. • This promotion is non-transferable and does not apply to existing Blackburne management clients.

Changes to Promotion

1. • Blackburne Property Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

 By signing the Management Authority Agreement, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
