First Three Months Management Fee Free Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Overview:
This promotional offer entitles new clients to receive the first three (3) months of property management fees free of charge when they appoint Blackburne Property Management as their managing agent.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility:
   This promotion is available to new management clients only and applies exclusively to residential properties located within Blackburne’s service areas.
2. Agreement Term:
   To qualify, the client must sign a minimum 24-month Management Authority Agreement with Blackburne Property Management.
3. Fee Structure:
   The management agreement must be signed at our standard schedule of fees and charges. Discounted or negotiated fee agreements are not eligible for this promotion.
4. Promotion Scope:
   The promotion applies solely to the standard monthly management fee component for the first three months of the agreement.
   All other charges (including, but not limited to, leasing fees, advertising, lease renewals, inspections, and tribunal representation) remain payable as per the fee schedule.
5. Promotion Period:
   This offer is valid for agreements signed between 01/06/2025 and 30/06/2025, unless extended or withdrawn at Blackburne’s discretion.
6. Cancellations or Early Termination:
   If the management agreement is terminated by the owner within the initial 24-month period, Blackburne reserves the right to recover the waived management fees for the initial three months.
7. Non-Transferable:
   This offer is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or applicable to existing managements.
8. Value Calculation:
   The value is calculated based on a weekly rent of $700 per week.
9. Changes to Promotion:
   Blackburne Property Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

By signing the Management Authority Agreement, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
